How much does KwikKartBot cost?+
Plans start at $25 per month for Starter and go up to $100 per month for Enterprise. Paying annually costs 20% less — Starter works out to $20 per month billed yearly. Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial.
Which plan should I choose?+
Pick the tier that covers your monthly storefront traffic, then check the conversation allowance. Stores up to around 100,000 monthly visitors usually land on Growth, which adds proactive nudges, discount automation, and the sale banner on top of everything in Starter.
What counts as a conversation?+
A conversation is one shopper session with the assistant, however many messages it contains. Allowances reset each billing month, and you can move up or down a tier at any time from the dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
Nothing breaks mid-conversation. You will be prompted to move to the tier that fits your traffic and conversation volume, and you can upgrade immediately from the dashboard. If you only need more conversations rather than a bigger tier, the Extra Chats add-on adds 1,000 per month.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?+
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial so you can sync your real catalogue and watch the assistant answer live shoppers before you commit. There is no free tier after the trial — the cheapest plan is $25 per month.
Can I cancel or change plans later?+
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing, and you can change or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Uninstalling the app removes the widget from your storefront.
Are there extra fees on top of the plan price?+
Everything listed inside a plan is included at no extra cost. Optional add-ons are priced separately — extra conversations, a dedicated success manager, white-labelling the widget, and one-time setup for headless or non-standard themes. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
